Here's a thread for silly anecdotes from life. Inspired to share this by another thread where I was mentioning my family's joke of being aliens.

So, here's a fun story:

My family says we're aliens, you all know that... But did you know it's not just us who say that? My second cousin was literally told by Mayo Clinic he can't be from this planet. I told my doctor about it one day. His reaction was to ask, "Why would they think that?" So I pointed it out to him: My cousin is immune/unable to be given anesthesia of any kind so far. He's got two sets of DNA, depending on where they check. He's literally allergic to insulin. Just... a lot of weirdness. My doctor's response? "That's not being an alien, that's being a mutant."

Soooo yeah. My Discord currently reads:
"I'm a Snuggly Bear-Bird-Fish-Cat-Mutant-Alien-Tree Creature."

Snuggle Bear is my new nickname by my friend who flirts with me because I like hugs so much.
Bird is because my surname is said 'seagull'
Fish is because my friend Johna decided I'm a fish because of having webbed toes (duck was already taken by her best friend Jason)
Cat is because my friends tease me for being cat-like for an old love of curling up in moving boxes because I'm short and fit in them.
Mutant and Alien you just read about...
and Tree is because my IRL name literally means "From the Ash Tree".

I was wondering what the story behind your bio was. XD That's really silly. I like it!

Me: My first name means "From the Ash Tree" and my mom's name means "From the Laurel Tree"
