Do you go to the gym? Me and my partner have joined one recently and meeting someone there tomorrow to get started.

I used to always say that there was no need for gyms as I could go for a walk but I never go for a walk. :lol:

Ha, same. We have a treadmill I used to use, but haven’t touched it in years. Really should actually excercise to get rid of this bit of tummy fat I still have.

Same as Progrumz. Not really an exercise person most times. Though I do sometimes walk around at doctors offices while I'm waiting. Or like, have physical therapy.

I don't mind walking. That's about the extent of the exercise I can handle...

I used to quite a few years ago. However, I found it only took one time for me to just completely stop going :/

Now it just doesn't make sense for me to go. Now I will just take very intentional walks in the morning and during part of my lunch.
I bet you can't see me now!

I used to go to the gym but I got tired of the monthly payments so I ended my membership. I have built my own home mini gym. I have weights, resistance bands, a elliptical machine and stationary bike that I use when watching tv. When it’s nice outside I’ll go for walks or hikes in the mountains.
