What is your bad habit?

Everyone have one bad habit or another. I don't think there's anyone out there who doesn't have one. My bad habit is picking my nose which is disgusting. I'm doing my best to stop it.

I tend to pick at scabs and stuff on my legs. Oh and pick at my lip.

I have two bad habits. I bite my nails and I smoke cigarettes. I’ve been biting my fingernails since I was a kid. My parents tried to get my stop when i was young and they couldn’t. I’ve been smoking since I was 18. Both habits are bad.

Biting my nails. Chewing gum seems to keep that from happening.

I do this as well, but I've never tried chewing gum to stop it.
