Do you install Windows yourself?

Windows is the most popular operating system we use on our PCs. On a brand new build, do you install it yourself or have someone else do it for you?
I watched a guide on YouTube many years ago and learnt how to install it myself. It's easy and saves a couple of bucks. And I can reinstall it anytime when I need a fresh installation.

I always install it myself. When I used to use Windows as my daily driver, I would always do a fresh installation of Windows whenever I bought a laptop. The OEM installations are always loaded with junk.

Yep I have done a silly amount of Windows installs over the years for myself or customers.

It's funny to me how trusting people are with their computers. I've had people over the years let me take their computers home to work on them, give me their passwords, etc. I would never be comfortable doing those things.

Yeah, it's no wonder social engineering can be so effective. Folks are willing to hand over the keys with little to no explanation or proof of legitimacy.
