What do you do to get rid of stress?

I usually will either talk to my mom, or try to focus on other stuff I enjoy.

I haven’t really done much of this stuff lately, but I used to like to listen to calming music or meditate. Focusing on breathing too.

Putting solid effort into deep breathing usually does the trick.
