Does anyone happen to see XP in the wild still these days? Do you somehow still run it?

The most I've seen XP in recent years has been in the manufacturing industry where these companies have very old CNC machines that use XP or even older operating systems

The manufacturing industry seems to run on ancient machines. It's kind of wild.

I haven't seen Windows XP in the flesh for quite a while outside a VM environment.
