I always hear mixed things about chiropractic care. My experience has been pretty good and it's been good for my wife even more so.
I think it's like anything else, it works well for some and for others it isn't ideal.

I never bothered. I briefly thought about it when my back used to bother me. Though that mostly went away when I wasn’t having to pull stock from the freezer at work anymore (got banned from the freezer after falling in there too many times XD ). I always heard for some people it was great and some people they found it made them worse.
I think my sister went to something like that when she injured her wrist in a car accident. Don’t remember entirely.

Ah yeah you must have been doing some motions that your body didn't like
also
hopefully you didn't hurt yourself to bad falling
As far as it helping some and harming others, yeah, I think it greatly depends on what's going on it definitely can't fix everything. A halfway decent chiropractor will recognize that and potentially tell you they don't' feel comfortable adjusting you.
I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck and in my mid back so when I go it almost always makes me feel better until the next time comes around
