Did any of you ever have a CD Player and think you were the beeze neeze? I had one with the anti-skip feature which was awesome on school bus rides.

I had a really kickass stereo when I was a kid. It played CDs and cassettes. I mostly just used it to listen to the radio, though. :P

It's weird to think that we all mostly just listen to 128 kbps MP3s on our phones now. :P

I had several over the years, from portable, to stereos. Had one that could play like 3 cds, and cassettes.

I also had a Walkman. That was pretty cool.

Yeah, I think if you pay for music streaming you can get higher quality but it's definitely not the same as hard media.

Yeah, streaming services would probably be a bit higher in quality. YouTube is all over the place in terms of quality. XD

Yeah part of that is based on what's uploaded lol, however YouTube Premium has worked out great for us.

We really need to get YouTube Premium. We like to put videos on our TV for the kids, but the ads are painful. XD

Yeah...funny enough I made the jump once Spotify upped their Family Plan pricing again and it ended up being just a few dollars more to get YouTube Premium....giving us Ad free videos and the music service...was kind of a no brainer.

My grandparents bought me a CD + cassette player in 2005. I remember spending so many hours recording a radio station called "Radio Teddy" on cassettes or just listening to my few albums on repeat
