Says the file is too big. I am too lazy to shrink it.

If you post the image that you want as your avatar, I can resize and add it for you.

I wonder if there's something that would auto resize avatars that are too big? Though if it's the file size that's to big that might be trickier.

There was a modification for it back in the phpBB 3.0 days, but I'm not sure if it was ever ported to any newer versions. I have a few things I want to try to find this weekend. I will add that to the list.
