I used to have a bad sleeping schedule because of gaming. I was staying up until late at night to play video games. Because of that, I was always tired when I had to get up early in the morning. I knew it was bad for my health, but for some reason, the younger me was still doing it. Fortunately, nowadays, I don't have that problem.

Oh yeah. I often stop in the middle sometimes and by the time I go back don’t know what I was doing so end up starting over.
