Have you ever had a disaster in the kitchen?

....Like knocking over a stack of plates/bowls and broken glass went everywhere
.....Or leaving a plastic dish on a hot oven burner and it melting onto the oven / plastic fumes fill your house
.....Or forgetting you were cooking and burning something pretty bad
.....Or water flooding from an overflowing sink or broken dishwasher.

They're a relatively frequent occurrence in our house...

Oh heck yeah. I remember putting some pizza in the oven and I put the wrong time. Burnt the heck outta it. Another time didn’t realize my mom had rolls defrosting in the oven and turned it on. XD

I set a grilled cheese sandwich on fire once. I went to put it on a plate and dropped it in the flame from the gas stove instead. o_o

Another time when I was making fries, I went to wipe the stove with a paper towel for some stupid reason, and it caught on fire. I panicked and threw the paper towel in the grease. o_o Luckily, it didn't catch on fire somehow.

I burn myself at work a lot, I guess that can count. XD Also once burned the heck out of my hand and arm making tea at work. The thing that you put the tea bag in didn’t empty and just filled with the water and when I pulled it out to empty it it went all over me. That thing hurt bad. Had like second degree burns from that.

Yeah, that thing hurt. Not right away. XD I just kept going till it started to hurt. Went to go take care of it and saw skin missing. XD On the plus I got to take off work for like 2 weeks, and they took care of the bills from it.

I often have pop explode when I open it because I don't realize that it was shaken. That can get messy.
