In each post, you should corrupt the wish above yours and wish for something new.

Example of corrupting a wish:

Wish: "I wish that I had my own sitcom."
Corruption: "You have your own sitcom, but it's created by Dan Schneider."

I wish I were happy.

Granted, but your happiness is so contagious that everyone around you becomes ecstatic to the point where they can’t focus on anything else. Workplaces become party zones, and productivity plummets worldwide as everyone is too busy sharing in your joy.

I wish I had a sandwich.

You now have a sandwich, but it’s made entirely of rubber. Every bite is a bouncy adventure!

I wish I could instantly learn any language I desire.

You can, but you forget a language that you previously knew each time, and you cannot relearn the same language twice. XD

I wish my attention span to new hobbies lasted longer.

Granted, but you no longer have any attention span for anything else.

I wish for pizza.

Granted, but every time you order pizza, it arrives with the one topping you dislike the most.

I wish to have the endurance I had in my 20's.

Granted, but you also forget everything you've learned since your twenties.

I wish that I had chocolate.

You now have a chocolate bar in your hand. But wait, there’s a twist! This chocolate bar is made entirely of brussels sprouts!
