Are you on any specific diets for health or otherwise? My partner is supposed to be on a gluten free diet but sometimes can't help but eat gluten due to the cost of gluten free stuff and the fact not a lot of fast food or restaurants cater for it.
Luckily he doesn't have Coeliac Disease though.

There’s certain stuff I think that aren’t great for my bladder or kidneys like orange juice and dark pop. But I still drink em. XD

I was told to limit gluten if possible at times, but mostly I just try to stick to organic dairy to be safe because of hormonal problems

My one doctor says I need to drink more even if it's just ginger ale. XD I'm still bad at that.

I try to limit my salt to some degree, but that's about it. That's probably why I'm such a fat loser.

Oh yeah I think that’s bad for kidneys too. Oh well. I honestly don’t use much salt anyway.

I think salt can contribute to hypertension, which is very bad for your kidneys.

I just remember my sister telling me I shouldn’t eat stuff with a lot. For a while I was getting low sodium soup for work when I worked long enough to get a break (usually brought my own lunch).

Some people don't seem to have issues with salt, but many do.
