Not too much. Used to like to swim when we had our pool. Kinda miss that.

Nope. I wear glasses so I don’t bother. Most I do is glasses that get dark when your in the sun. I could get prescription sunglasses but I don’t see much point for me.

Nope. Granted I don’t go outside much.

Not sure. I don’t control the heat. As for AC just have one that goes in the window. I keep that usually around 605 or something.
