I know the feeling. I literally worry about everything.

Just got an email about a New Zealand police summons to court from an overseas e-mail address which has nothing to do with the police.

Scammers must be dumb. Try better!

What if it really is the New Zealand police, though? Maybe somebody who works for them just forgot to switch e-mail accounts to send that e-mail!
