It could be! I think that I might have known others who were demisexual as well.

I had to explain it to my childhood friend less than a month ago.
He then realized "oh wait you're the second demisexual I know now." I giggled and wondered how he didn't know what it meant if he already knew someone who was.

Maybe he was, but he didn't realize it until you explained what it meant!

I am whatever you want to call me, lol. I am a trans woman attracted to women, so...depending on your view of trans people, I'm a lesbian or just a plain ole' freak.

That doesn't make you a freak, though I have to admit that I was curious which gender(s) you preferred. Though I am pansexual, I would say that I'm only romantically attracted to female-presenting people.

Progrumz has a point. Sexuality and romantic attraction do separate sometimes.
I'm panromantic and demisexual, I'd say? xD Though demiromantic might fit fine too.

Yes, I also very much prefer female presenting people. My girlfriend is a fellow trans-woman

I have to admit I get confused when it comes to some of the terminology in the lexicon. Ever evolving and I feel like I can't keep up at times!
