Yea, or they are new here in Canada from warmer countries and they have no idea how to drive properly in the snow

I love the challenge of driving in the snow. The key is to keep moving and don't slam on the breaks while keeping things steady.

I like driving in the rain, but I don’t like driving in the snow. We rarely get snow in Texas and when we do, the city blocks off a lot of the roads.
