That's a good question, I went searching on archive.org and the first iteration available there is from December 24, 2008

March 4, 2009 is the last good snapshot. I'm pretty sure it died off later that month or coming months from what I saw on the archive.

Ah yeah, that was the advertisement forum I was more active on at the time, though I had joined ForumPromotion in 2008 as well.

Yeah, I also joined FP in 2008 (my current account is not my original). I was an admin there in 2012 and 2013.

I remember that I made one once or twice because my favorite person would always have one. Perhaps @Progrumz would recall their names, but they slip my mind.
