What operating system does your computer/laptop use? Mine uses Windows 11.

How do you like Windows 11? I was still running Windows 10 before I switched to Manjaro.

Windows 11 is a bit weird but it's the version of the laptop I purchased so I didn't really have a choice :evil:

I think Microsoft's goal is for everyone who is currently on Windows 10 to be on Windows 11 eventually, so you're probably right. XD I don't really like the direction they're going with Windows, but that's been true pretty much since they retired Windows 7.

I just got a new laptop not long ago so I'm running the latest version of Windows 11 currently. It works well enough and I don't really have too many issues to complain about.

What are some differences between Windows 10 and Windows 11? I've heard that they're extremely similar, but I've never used Windows 11 yet.

I like Windows 11 a heck of a lot more than 10 personally. But it's probably because I've ran into issues running 10 on a few different computers. I don't really know the differences much, other than the UI is of course different lol.

I'm surprised you had trouble running Win10 on machines that run Win11 well.

I only have 11 installed on my gaming desktop that I got last year. As for the machines that I had issues with Windows 10, they were laptops that had mechanical hard drives rather than a SSD and I heard Windows 10 is notorious for not running great on mechanical hard drives lol.

Ahhh. I guess I've never really tried to use Windows 10 on machines with HDDs.
