I barely have to do anything most times with Canva. I just find a template and just change the text or icon etc. :p

I mostly use Paint Shop Pro. Sometimes Photoshop Elements, but I use that mostly for drawing.

That's how a lot of programs are... Like Inkarnate (which is technically also an art tool if cartography for fiction counts as art).
