But yes, if you have a decent reputation on your main account, it's probably more advisable to use that. On the flip-side, I can see the validity of wanting to have a degree of separation between communities in some cases. For example, if you run one community that appeals to people of all ages and another community with more of a mature focus, I can see the benefit of maintaining some separation between the two.
