Replacing parts

Post by TechWiz18 »

Have you ever done a repair on any of your devices yourself using something like an iFixIT kit and perhaps one of their guides?

I haven't really been in a situation where I've had a phone break that is expensive enough to justify a repair.

I've thought about replacing a battery if the rest of the phone worked fine still. You can usually get a replacement battery for fairly cheap and the tools aren't that expensive.

In my opinion if there's risk of ruining the phone entirely I'm probably no worse off that before :P

Yeah, having a fresh battery is always nice. My phones always seem to lose battery life exceptionally quickly.
