Missing features/extensions

Mentions now work in the quick reply. It wasn't working due to a bug in the latest version of the extension, and I found a fix for it.

Yeah, it was kind of bothersome to have to click the full reply to mention somebody. I never thought to check the extension page on the phpBB site.
