What's your average daily steps?

Walking can be considered as a very good way to exercise. This is the reason why I try as much as possible to walk many steps as possible in a day.

I have a target of 6,000 steps daily which I must do everything possible to complete that number of steps in a days.

What's your average daily steps?

When I was wearing my Fitbit, I would try to get 10,000 steps each day. I usually was able to do so.

I haven't been wearing my Fitbit for a while, though.

I usually only wear my smart watch at work. During those 8 hours, I average anywhere between 9k and 12k steps.

I used to get about 20k steps per day at one of my old jobs.

My average this month so far is 6,855 which is more than I was getting so that's nice.
