Nights sleep

What do you consider to be a good nights sleep for yourself?

Some people seem to operate great on 4-5 hours and some prefer 8+

I'm definitely on the higher end of that spectrum. If I don't have at least seven or eight, I'm worthless.

I feel like I need around 8. I need to start going to bed earlier on weeknights. :V Since it's the weekend I don't have to worry about that now though lol.

I also need to go to bed a bit earlier on weeknights, but it's hard. Staying up a little bit after the kids go to sleep is really the only way I get a bit of quiet time. XD

Yeah being a parent doesn't make things easier lol it's go go go until the child goes to bed and then you want to enjoy the time without taking care of a little one.

For me it doesn’t matter how much I get I’m always tired. Sometimes I can get a good 5-6 hours, sometimes less, or sometimes even more.
