They seemed more affordable about a decade ago, particularly GPUs. I think many people are going to end up priced out of PC gaming because of the price of GPUs.

Yep, the second they introduced "Ray Tracing" as a feature, instant price gouge.

I talked to my dad and he feels GPUs have always been pretty expensive for what they are, if you look at how much worse they were back then too for their prices.
