Revolt, A Discord Alternative

If you're a fan of open source software and are looking for a chat client that isn't ran by a corporation Revolt might be what you're looking for! After Guilded decided to require Roblox accounts for everyone on their platform I have been looking at Discord alternatives. Revolt is pretty cool, sure it's missing forums (but traditional forums are better anyways...) and it's not as popular as Discord, but it allows you to have a custom theme installed which already makes it cooler than Discord in my opinion. I've been debating on starting a server on the platform, I did create a Sonic one but someone already created one so I deleted mine. :V You can check it out by following the link below, right now there's no iOS release but it's on Android, Windows, Linux, as well as MacOS.

I really like the idea of this because I think that there should always be viable alternatives. However, I think there are often issues getting people to use two platforms if they have communities they are already a part of on one.
