When do you usually go to sleep?

It varies because I have non-24 circadian rhythm disorder but... Currently around 1-2AM :'D

What time do you wake up?

That depends if you mean "when do I take off my c-pap" versus "when do I actually start doing stuff". I have an alarm set for 4 hours after I put my c-pap on because I need a minimum of 4 hours for compliance, but my mask hurts my nose (like literally causes minor injury if I wear it too long). So after the minimum 4-5 hours, I take it off. but then I often go back to sleep.

I'd say lately I'm up around like 8-10AM average though?

How long have you had to use a CPAP?

I mean I got it in January but I haven't been able to consistently use it until end of February or so due to constant mask issues? The thing is, they just couldn't try anymore with me until my compliance period was settled. Which I just realized I was supposed to call about today... oops.

Oops, didn't see this until after eating. But I had a portofino panini. Ironic timing is I think it had just come when you posted this (or I just didn't notice the post yet) and I'd posted about getting it in Food and Drink :'D
