What's your favorite free forum host?

Post by Ravenfreak »

If you've used free forum hosts, which one is your favorite and why? I've always liked Jcink the most, it's one of the few hosts that allow you to download a database backup of your forum. This way if you ever want to move to different software you can. I loved Zetaboards when it was online too, it's a shame it was sold to Tapatalk.

I thought that jcink was pretty good in its day; it's still around, but it doesn't seem like they've really kept up with the times much. Invisionfree and Zetaboards seemed solid as well.

The one thing I remember about Jcink at one point in time was the number of plugins you could enable but it seems as time went on they narrowed it down to specific plugins to maintain with the project.
I bet you can't see me now!
