Do you bath or shower everyday?

Bathing or showering is something that I can't skip in a day for any reason whatsoever. It doesn't matter how cold the weather gets, I'll definitely have my bath or shower. If it's too cold, I'll have a hot bath and vice versa with cold bath.

I'll usually do about every other day....if I wake up and I feel disgusting it won't matter if I had one the day before or not lol

I tend to shower every day but I don't wash my hair every day as I learned that is not good for my hair and I realized it was affecting my hair doing so every day.

I tend to shower every day but will only wash my hair around 2 maybe 3 times a week if needed and I find that works best for me.

I'm about a twice per week kind of guy. I have heard of articles and studies that show that showering every day isn't necessary.
