As a result of being mindful for my health especially when it comes to controlling my blood sugar, I have completely cut off eating eating. Honey is now what I've used to replace sugar for my food. I believe it's more healthy to eat than sugar.

Honey is definitely a good sweetener replacement, though I don't have much of an issue with sugar or anything at this point in my life so I'm still eating sugar.
